SouthernBiotech 0100-01 Fluoromount-G®，25mL產(chǎn)品說明：
說明Fluoromount-G®是一種水溶性化合物，建議用于具有水性最終步驟的染色程序后安裝的載玻片。由于Fluoromount-G®是水溶性的，可通過將載玻片浸入PBS溶液中直到蓋玻片松開來移除蓋玻片。該安裝介質(zhì)還為存放載玻片準備提供半yongjiu性密封。據(jù)報道，F(xiàn)luoromount-G®的折射率約為1.4 70。
緩沖液配方含有甘油、<0.1%dielvhuana和專有成分的磷酸鹽緩沖鹽水。
